The one-stop shop program is a part of the nationwide micro, small, and medium enterprise clinics for viable enterprises (MSME Clinics) initiated by the Presidency in January 2017 and is aimed at providing a platform for convenient, continuous, and easy interactions between regulatory agencies and MSMEs doing business in Nigeria.

All the needs and queries of MSMEs cannot be met in a one-day period which is why One-Stop-Shops were created in collaboration with the State Governments to house all MSME partner agencies. This enables clients/Small businesses to access their services readily, affordably, and on a continuous basis. So far, eight one-stop shops have been activated across the country and are managed by the respective state governments. Agencies such as SON, ITF, FIRS, CAC, NAFDAC, NEPC, NITDA, SMEDAN, etc, are all active partners in facilitating the one-stop shops.
