Co-founded by Henry Baryakat Jacob and Keziah Zachiang Kantiyok, the enterprise is committed to reducing post-harvest mango losses by converting fresh mangoes into dried mango chips and natural mango juice — making the fruit available year-round. To sustain year-round operations, the business produces sweet potato chips during the off-mango season, ensuring continuous employment for women and youth in the community. The enterprise also offers a unique customised event-branded labelling service, making its products ideal as affordable souvenirs for weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations. Anything Mango sources directly from local smallholder farmers and currently serves customers across Kaduna, Plateau, and Abuja States.
